Account Deletion Request

We respect your right to privacy. If you wish to delete your Swift Rupee account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Compose an Email

Please send an email to our official support team using the email address you used to register (or mention your registered mobile number in the body).

Subject: Request for Account Deletion

Step 2: Provide Details

In the email body, strictly provide the following information to verify your identity:

Registered Mobile Number: (The number you used to log in)
Reason for deletion: (Optional, but helps us improve)

Step 3: Processing Time

Once we receive your request, our team will verify the details. The deletion process typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

Step 4: Confirmation

Upon successful deletion of your data from our servers (including your profile and financial records), you will receive a notification via Email or SMS confirming that the process is complete.

Note: This action is irreversible. All your bookkeeping records will be permanently removed.
